General terms and conditions of sale and supply

General
When placing any order, the following general conditions will apply. If other conditions are needed, they will be agreed upon jointly with LEC.

Warranties
The terms of our warranty conditions are available to our customers on our website at the following link: https://www.lecsl.es/garantia

Cases of extended warranty must be specified as such on the invoice(s) corresponding to the product in question. Otherwise, the applicable standard warranty will be applied.

Delivery times
At the buyer’s request, delivery times will be confirmed after placing the order and will always be indicative. Therefore, any delays that may occur will not imply the cancellation of the order or the imposition of penalties.

Cancellation of orders
Once an order has been received at our offices and entered into our production systems, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Samples
They will have a period of 30 days from the date of shipment (invoice date). The offered prices will be honored during the trial period. The cost of return shipping for the trial will be borne by the customer. A invoice will always be issued, which will then be settled in case of return of the trial according to the terms outlined in our return policy, available to our customers on our website: https://www.lecsl.es/devoluciones

Delivery incidents
The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon delivery and to confirm the carrier’s delivery note with the stamp of their company and the date of receipt. In the absence of a company stamp, the person receiving it must write their name and ID number (NIF) as well as the date. In case the product is damaged, broken, faulty, stolen, or lost, the recipient of the goods must report it to the Transport Agency, or directly to the Sales Management department (in writing), within a maximum period of 24 hours after receiving the goods. After this time, Light Environment Control, S.L. (LEC) is exempt from all liability. In case of shipment through an agency chosen by the customer, Light Environment Control, S.L. (LEC) is exempt from all liability. Unless previously arranged, Light Environment Control, S.L. (LEC) reserves the right to make partial shipments and, consequently, partial invoicing on account of the total.

Billing and collection
All orders will be invoiced at the time of goods dispatch. If other conditions are needed, they will be agreed upon with LEC.

Jurisdiction
For all disputes arising from this transaction, the buyer and seller expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Cádiz.

IVA
These prices do not include IVA.
